Burn Fat Topic

 

Convert fat into energy
Unhealthy nutrient energy consumption
Drink lots of water to flush toxins
Fat contains toxin
Often visit to the bathroom

The only way to burn stored fat that perhaps it turns into energy for daily calories burned.

Experiment works with side effects. Usage of water to control hunger and cravings due to its zero calorie whilst manipulating thoughts of thirst and hunger relation.

Body feels okay.

Mental state ready for slimming (cutting phase)

Decide further when to bulk or cut

During cut (and it is most times) I realize my body is experiencing pain (aches) along the fat burning process

Psychology crave for comfort. From years of not exercising and eating a lot.
