Trust. High degree of rapport and friendship. Prospect must have faith in your company and believe they will deliver on your promises
Beneficial. Prospect's desire to enjoy the advantages and benefits of your offer. Prospect must want what you are selling or no point trying to close.
Complete. Product must be suited to the customer, ideal for customer needs, capacity to pay, and circumstances. It must be clear that this product or service is the right choice for prospect at this time.
